For Hundreds of years Indian tribes of Peru have harvested and used Cat's
Claw using the root and the inner bark, known as Uncaria Tomentosa (Una De Gato)
its a woody vine that grows to more than 100 feet in length, winding itself
around and upwards through the trees in the Peruvian Rainforest.
Some companies are claiming that the root of the Cat's Claw plant is better
but there is no substantial proof. The harvesting of the root is illegal and
enforced by the Peruvian Government as it jeopardizes the future of this plant
