The Nutri-Cookies contain 6 to 8 grams of fibre both water soluble and non soluble which allows the cookies to aid in constipationand gastrointestinal problems as well as cleaning the colon and intestines.

One Nutri-Cookie provides 4 to 5 grams of amino-acid balanced protein, meaning that all eight of the essential amino acids are present, so the body utilises all the protein goodness in each cookie.

The Nutri-Cookie contains 40 to 41 grams of complex carbohydrates. The carbohydrates in each cookie come from our Nutri-Bland Amino-Acid Balanced Flour, which has its own nut-like sweetness. Nutri-cane helps give each cookie its natural sweetness. The co-factors in Nutri-cane help the body to metabolise the sugar while retaining the essential vitamins and minerals.

The Nutri-Cookie contains natural, unrefined dehydrated juice of the sugar cane, therefore diabetics are able to use the Nutri-cookie. It is suggested to divide the cookie into quarters and for diabetics to have one quarter of it initially. This will allow the diabetic to determine if he/she can continue using the Nutri-cookie.
